Can I add to or alter an existing order?

Once your order has been confirmed we are unable to make any alterations to it in any way.

 

Can I cancel an order?

Orders can only be cancelled if you haven’t yet received an order confirmation. Please email us or open a support ticket to cancel an order. 
If you have already received an order confirmation, we are unable to cancel your order. You will be able to return the items once they have been delivered.
Order Cancellations and changes can only be made in writing and no changes can be made my telephoning

Not Receiving Order Confirmation or Order Status Updates by Email ?

Our website sends automated emails to the email address entered by the customer when placing an order and this order confirmation email
should be received within 5 minutes of the order being placed. If you have not received this email then you should first check your SPAM folder and or SPAM Settings.
If the email is not in your Spam Folder then the issue is likely to be with your email service provider. Gmail , Yahoo Mail and Hotmail for example locate
their servers in the USA and can see automated emails sent from Ireland or anywhere outside the USA as being SPAM. If this is the case you need to contact your email service provider so assistance. Please note you can always log into your account to view order updates including the order status.

 

What is the Warranty when building your own pc?

If you are building your own PC from components purchased then you do not have a PC warranty however each compoment seperately includes warranty. 
If you have built your PC and it does not work you must be able to determine what component is any is not working and only this component should be returned.
If you are unable to problem solve of to complete a PC build from components purchased we can collect the PC and complete the build however this will cost a minimum of €169.99 plus €24.99 for collect and return with Nightline.ie. We can only complete builds were all of the components have been purchased from ourselves. We cannot accept returns of customer built PCs and we will refuse all RMA requests other than for a component unless we have agreed to rebuild the PC and the fee has been paid to us to complet the service.

 

When will I be charged if I pay by card / PayPal ?

For all online orders, your card will be charged for items when your order is received. You will receive an order confirmation email within 15 minutes of order placing.

 

Can I change my delivery address once my order has been submitted online?

Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to change your delivery address or phone number after you’ve submitted an order.

 

How do I return an item?

Returning an item is really easy. You can complete an RMA request by clicking on the RETURN link at the top of each page.

You should always contact support support before requesting an RMA at HELPCENTRE.CUSTOMPC.ie

 

Do I have to pay for return postage?

If you’re returning an item to us by post or courier , you will need to cover the cost for postage and packaging. Custom PCs & Laptops Include Collect & Return Warranty.

We recommend only using a recorded delivery service and it is important to ensure any item being return is packed safely.
